How billing and renewals work

Hosting is sold in USD. Starter, Business and Premium are billed annually for 12 months up front at the plan's flat monthly rate, and the optional Setup & Tech Support add-on is a one-time charge covering a single month. All prices include taxes.

Step-by-step

1. 1Your renewal date and billing frequency are shown in your dashboard.
2. 2The subscription renews automatically on that date using your saved payment method.
3. 3An invoice and receipt are generated for every successful payment and stored in your billing history.
4. 4If a payment fails, the payment processor retries and your service is marked past due until it clears.
5. 5Switching between the single-month plan and an annual plan is handled as a plan change and prorated on the next invoice.
