Prohibited content and activity
Illegal content, malware distribution, phishing, unsolicited bulk email, copyright infringement, and activity that harms other customers or the network.
Fair-use policy
Bandwidth is metered and shared. Accounts using disproportionate CPU, memory, disk I/O or bandwidth may be asked to optimize or upgrade. Premium 'unlimited' mailboxes are subject to reasonable-use thresholds defined by the administrator. [Specific thresholds to be published before launch.]
Backups
Automated backups are provided as a convenience. Customers remain responsible for keeping independent copies of critical data.
Enforcement
We may suspend content or accounts that violate this policy, and will notify the account owner where reasonably possible.
