Personal data we collect

Account data (name, email address, billing contact details); authentication data (login credentials and session records); support data (ticket and message content, including WhatsApp messages you send us); service data (domains, sites and mailboxes you configure); and technical data (IP address, device and browser identifiers, access and error logs).

Why we use it and our legal basis

To create and administer your account and provide the hosting service (performance of our contract with you); to process orders and manage subscriptions through our Merchant of Record (contract performance); to send service, security and billing notices (contract performance and legal obligation); to secure the platform and prevent fraud and abuse (our legitimate interests); to provide customer support (contract performance); to improve the service (legitimate interests); and to send marketing where you have opted in (consent, which you may withdraw at any time).

Payments

We do not collect or store card numbers, wallet keys or seed phrases. Cryptocurrency payments are processed by NOWPayments, which receives the order reference and payment data needed to process and confirm the transaction on the relevant blockchain.

Who we share data with

Service providers and subprocessors that help us run the business, including hosting and infrastructure providers, our database and authentication platform, and support tooling; NOWPayments, our cryptocurrency payment processor, for processing and confirming payments; professional advisers such as legal and accounting professionals; and government authorities or law enforcement where required by law. We do not sell personal information.

Retention

Accounting and transaction records are retained for the period required by applicable tax law. Account and service data is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable wind-down period afterwards, then deleted or anonymised. Technical logs are retained for a limited period for security and troubleshooting.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law and our legal retention obligations, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, ask us to restrict or stop certain processing, request a portable copy, opt out of marketing, and withdraw consent. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, correct, and not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. Contact us and we will respond within the time required by law.

Security

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, encrypted storage, access controls and row-level database security. No system is completely secure, so we also encourage you to use strong, unique credentials.

We use essential cookies for authentication, session security and checkout, and preference cookies to remember choices such as your cart and cookie consent. No analytics or marketing cookies are in use; if that changes, the provider and purpose will be listed in our Cookie Policy first.
