30-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to new hosting subscriptions and to the Setup & Tech Support add-on.
How to request a refund
Refunds are handled by us directly. Contact us through the Support page with the email address used at checkout and your order reference, and we will confirm the refund amount and the wallet address it should be sent to.
Renewals
Renewal charges fall outside the 30-day guarantee window, but you can cancel at any time from your dashboard to stop future renewals, and we will always consider renewal refund requests on their merits.
Third-party costs
Costs we purchase on your behalf from third parties, such as domain registrations, paid certificates and licences, are generally non-refundable once purchased.
Processing
Approved refunds are paid in cryptocurrency to a wallet address you provide, valued in USD at the amount originally charged. Network fees are deducted from the refund, and settlement times depend on the blockchain used.
