How to request a website migration

Migration assistance is included on every plan. Business and Premium include free or priority migration.

Step-by-step

1. 1Open a support ticket and choose the Migration category.
2. 2Tell us your current host, the domains involved and roughly how large the site is.
3. 3Provide temporary access to your current host, or send us a backup archive and database export.
4. 4We copy the site to a staging area and send you a preview link to check.
5. 5When you approve, we schedule the DNS switch at a low-traffic time to reduce downtime.
